CAN YOU SPARE SOME CHANGE?
When you work or lead in a church, change is often a constant. God and his truth are the same yesterday, today and forever, but how we practically employ and carry out our day-to-day in light of an unchangeable God is always evolving. For us, “change oriented in nature” is actually something we’ve written in to our vision and mission terminology. That doesn’t make it easy. Change rarely is, for most folks. I read an interesting blog lately from Michael Krahn about two different types of change styles. I thought there were some interesting observations and questions in there so I thought I’d share it (with his permission). The question I came away with was, “Is ‘how‘ we change just as important as ‘what‘ we change?” Click here to take a read through and see what you think.
